Provider Bio

I am entering my 18th year of teaching in the classroom. I have taught 1st-4th grade. This year, I will be working with 4th and 5th graders in a dual language program and will be solely focused on literacy. My 14 yr old son is dyslexic so he is my inspiration and reason why I took this journey to learn more about structured literacy. My hope and desire is for ALL students to have access to explicit and systematic reading instruction. I currently tutor preschool age up to middle school.
