Dragana Stjepanovic is an Online Language and Literacy Facilitator at CORE Learning, as well as an IEP coach for three public schools in New Mexico. She has 19 years of experience in both formal and informal educational settings.

Her career began in Serbia, where she implemented after-school enrichment programs at a youth care center to support the physical and mental development of students. After moving to New York City, she applied her diverse knowledge and expertise to assist young children and their families, preparing them for educational entry. She oversaw eleven Early Head Start programs across three boroughs, ensuring that all young learners received high-quality educational experiences.

In addition to her work with young children, Dragana has focused on supporting elementary-grade students with learning differences. She has taken on roles as a coach, case manager, educator, and IEP facilitator in six public schools in New Mexico. Her responsibilities included developing effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs) aimed at fostering essential literacy, math, and social-emotional skills, as well as coaching teachers in creating these plans.

Dragana holds two master's degrees in special education: one from the University of Belgrade in Serbia and another from Grand Canyon University in Arizona. She also has a Structured Literacy Interventionist Certification and is committed to continuously exploring the best resources and professional opportunities to enhance her skills and expand her ability to support students.
