I am a dyslexia specialist (C-SLDS) with over a dozen years experience as a speech language pathologist working with people of all ages on their language abilities, including reading and writing skills. I have current speech pathology licensure with the states of Florida, Oregon, North Carolina, Indiana, and California as well.

I’ve been extensively trained as a Lexercise therapist using the Science of Reading and Orton Gillingham approaches, which are current evidence-based practices.

Using teletherapy, I can give you the flexibility and one on one personalized therapy at the comfort of your home and on a scheduled time that fits with your family needs.

I take a holistic approach to therapy to support the whole person, with a focus on using positive reinforcements to build upon the client's strengths. I frequently will have clients and families contact me, even years after working with them, for information on up-to-date evidence-based practices, since I work hard to stay informed on the current research.

Also, while I focus on functional skills, I also remember to add “fun” to the sessions as I will personalize it to my client's specific interests and needs.
