Provider Bio

Kreisa Duwe is a first-grade teacher with over 10 years of classroom experience at ISD #318 Grand Rapids Area Schools in rural Minnesota. She holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on literacy, an Orton-Gillingham Multi-Sensory Education Certificate from IMSE, and has completed LETRS training and passed the KPEERI. She didn't set out to become a C-SLDI. Her student data kept telling her something she didn't yet have the language for, so she spent years learning how brains decode language, and the certification followed the curiosity. She currently serves on multiple district curriculum committees including ELA, Science, and Evidence-Based Instruction, and runs a coaching business called Curriculum & Confidence where she creates structured literacy and SEL resources for educators.
