As an undergraduate student, I attended Merrimack College where I received my degree in Human Development and Elementary Education in 2017. I furthered my learning at Merrimack by receiving my Masters in Education in English as a Second Language. I am going into my 8th year of being a first grade teacher. During my time in the classroom, I became passionate about teaching ALL students how to read and write. I am now an IMSE Orton-Gillingham Certified Educator with the Institute for Multi-Sensory Education. I have been tutoring students since I started my teaching career, and have found great success using the IMSE curriculum and Orton Gillingham methodologies with students.
