I truly have a passion for helping students and families! I am a Certified Structured Literacy/Dyslexia Interventionist through the International Dyslexia Association. I am also Certified at the Associate Level through the Academy of Orton-Gillingham. Additionally, I also hold certification with ALTA as a Certified Academic Language Practitioner. I provide interventions in reading, spelling, and writing. I work with students who have learning challenges such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, and other language based needs. Throughout my 30 years in classroom education and in my years as an interventionist, I have had the privilege of helping students exceed academic expectations and regain confidence. My structured literacy lessons are delivered virtually as well as some limited in person sessions and are delivered in an engaging multisensory manner which yield positive results.
