Provider Bio

Angelica is an ASHA-certified and licensed speech-language pathologist. She graduated from Worcester State University's Speech-Language Pathology program in December of 2016. Prior to that, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Emerson College in 2014.

Angelica has also obtained her certification as a dyslexia practitioner in the Orton-Gillingham methodology, following a year-long program of study and supervised practicum of tutoring children with dyslexia. She has received additional training in the Lindamood Phoneme Sequencing (LiPS) program, Visualizing and Verbalizing for oral and written language comprehension, PROMPT for apraxia therapy, PECS for augmentative/alternative communication, and Lively Letters for phonics instruction.

Angelica has a passion for testing and prescribing the proper language therapy based on evaluation results. She is a skilled and reflective clinician who takes her role as evaluator and therapist very seriously, but also greatly enjoys working with students of all ages.
