I have been a Certified Academic Language Therapist for 16 years and a Certified Structured Literacy Specialist for 10, working in private schools and teaching private students. I use Neuhaus Education's Basic Language Skills to teach reading and spelling, and Diana Hanbury King's Writing Skills to teach composition. I love helping dyslexic students because these programs really work, and it's a joy to watch the students' skills and confidence grow! My background is as an English/Language Arts teacher.
