I'm in my 12th year of teaching as an Intervention Specialist. I have taught grades 3-4 reading intervention for 6 years. I work with students who need remediation or intensive reading intervention. I just finished my certification and now I'm a Structured Language Dyslexia Interventionist. I whole heartily love working with children and being able to see the spark in their eyes when they realize (Yes) they can learn to read!
