I've worked with students from pre-kindergarten to post-college, in private and public schools, and from mentally challenged to gifted classrooms. I'm passionate about the Wilson Reading System. I love the challenge of working with students who are many years behind or just starting out to get them before they fail. I pride myself on giving strong emotional as well as academic support. Many former students become friends as adults and show great appreciation for a second (or third or fourth) opportunity to succeed in life. A former illiterate high school dropout is now finishing up a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering. Another non-reader entering middle school now has a thriving landscaping business and is hiring his higher achieving classmates. The list goes on as I'm so proud of them and grateful for the Wilson Language Program.
