I am an experienced educator with a diverse teaching background spanning various grade levels. My teaching journey began in August 2003, and over the years, I've had the privilege of working with students in Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 7th grade. In 2020, I transitioned into the role of an instructional coach, where I have been able to use my expertise to support and guide fellow educators.

My commitment to enhancing literacy education is evident through my certifications and qualifications. I am a CERI Certified Dyslexia Specialist, equipped to address the unique needs of students with dyslexia. Additionally, I hold a certification as a specialist in the IMSE Orton Gillingham approach, a highly effective method for teaching reading, writing, and spelling. I am also certified in CERI Structured Literacy, ensuring a structured and systematic approach to literacy instruction.

Furthermore, I have achieved the status of an IMSE Level 4 Master Instructor, a recognition of my mastery and proficiency in implementing the Orton Gillingham approach. With a passion for education and a commitment to enhancing literacy skills, I am dedicated to making a lasting impact in the lives of my students and fellow educators.
