Provider Bio

Maggie Morrison has almost 20 years of experience working with students who struggle to learn to read. Maggie has earned a master’s degree in Brain-based Teaching and Learning and is a Wilson Dyslexia Practitioner. She has extensive training in multi-sensory teaching techniques for reading and spelling and is continuing to increase her skills by pursuing her certification as an Educational Therapist. In addition, she holds a Florida teaching certificate in language arts, social science, gifted education, and second language learners. Maggie currently provides one-on-one reading and writing instruction and executive function training for students with ADHD, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and language delays. Having a child struggling to develop essential reading and writing skills can be frustrating and frightening. Maggie is here to help, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. Maggie is also an approved FES-UA provider.
