I am a US-certified K-12 Special Education teacher, a Structured Literacy Dyslexia Interventionist, and the founder of Dyslexia PowerUp. I have twenty-three years of teaching experience working at premier international schools in Asia and the Middle East as a Learning Support Specialist. I also developed and managed Learning Support programs for Grades 1 to 12 students with learning difficulties in international schools. I have been instructing primary-aged children with with a range of learning needs since 1992. As an Educational Consultant, I offered home intervention programs and school liaison services to local and expat families and provided testing services to homeschooling expat families. I worked in partnership with parents using the collaborative consultation model.

I offer Structured Literacy intervention virtually for children with dyslexia between the ages of 6 and 12 years old using the Orton-Gillingham Approach. I also support older children on a case to case basis. I provide consultation, coaching, and training support for parents who need advice and guidance on how to navigate their Dyslexia journey.
