Rita Stevenson is a Certified Dyslexia Therapist who utilizes the research-proven Orton-Gillingham (O-G) approach to instruct students who learn differently. She has enjoyed nearly a decade tutoring students with dyslexia within her private practice and at Rocky Mountain Camp for Dyslexic Kids. Rita has experienced the joy of witnessing educational success for many students of all ages with dyslexia, including her own two children.

Rita holds a Professional Teacher License in Colorado and has earned a M.A. in Education through Adams State University. She has also received certification via the Academy of Orton-Gillingham Practitioners and Educators (AOGPE), along with Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist status through the International Dyslexia Association (IDA).
