I am a special education teacher at an elementary school, specializing as a Resource teacher. In this role, I teach reading to students with ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, autism, and Specific Learning Disabilities. Before transitioning to special education, I spent 17 years teaching English as a general education teacher at Japanese high schools. I hold two Master's degrees: one in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and another in Special Education, with a focus on Specific Learning Disabilities.
