With over 15 years of experience in education as both a special education teacher and administrator, I bring a deep understanding of how to support diverse learners—especially those who struggle with reading. I specialize in dyslexia intervention and am extensively trained in evidence-based, Orton-Gillingham-based approaches. I am a Certified Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist through the International Dyslexia Association and the Center for Effective Reading Instruction, as well as a Certified Wilson Dyslexia Therapist.

My work is grounded in a passion for helping students build independence and self-determination. I emphasize the importance of executive functioning and self-regulation, and I integrate these critical skills into every session to support long-term student success.
