Tammi Brandon has over 25 years working as a professional educator. She earned her Brainspring Orton-Gillingham Dyslexia Specialist certification from Brainspring Educator Academy in 1998. Tammi is passionate about helping children learn to read using Brainspring’s Phonics First and Structures Orton-Gillingham-based curriculums. Both Phonics First and Structures are accredited at the Accreditation Plus level through the International Dyslexia Association (IDA) and at the Teaching and Instructor of Teaching level through the International Multisensory Structured Education Council (IMSLEC). Tammi is also passionate about bringing Phonics First and Structures into schools worldwide by providing Brainspring’s Phonics First and Structures professional development courses to teachers. With expertise in structured literacy, dyslexia, Orton-Gillingham, and the science of reading, Tammi supports educators in creating engaging lessons designed to improve student success in reading, spelling, and writing.
