As a Neurodiverse, Dyslexic, ADH'er, Tracie offers a personal approach to her professional practice providing first-person affirming language, identifying the positive, and highlighting the beneficial traits that co-occur with ADHD and Dyslexia.

She specializes in all aspects of Literacy Intervention, from Screening, Testing, Assessing, Evaluating, and Reporting to delivering SOR-backed Structured Literacy Intervention for pre-K to 8th grade students in 1:1, small groups, and whole class environments.

Tracie embeds student, parent, and family support within sessions and advocates for family literacy and is a strong supporter of educational equity, volunteering to increase awareness and action with her local IDA and TRL. She has a long history of volunteering to assist families in need including pro bono academic assistance.
