Provider Bio

I received my Masters and Bachelors degrees from Virginia Tech. I taught elementary grades (K-5) for ten years in Virginia, Ohio, and Texas before becoming a campus RtI/Dyslexia interventionist. I became a district dyslexia specialist in 2019 and became the dyslexia coordinator for my district in 2023. I hold teacher certifications in Early Childhood through 6th grade as well as ESL/GT/SPED Supplemental Certifications.
