After being in education for over a dozen years, I have had the honor of getting to work with hundreds of students. I have served as a 1st grade teacher, 4th grade teacher and a dyslexia therapist in public schools in Texas, Missouri and Kansas. Teaching students to read is my greatest passion. I am a firm believer that when given structured and explicit instruction, every child can become a reader.
