Provider Bio

Winter is a Level 4 Orton-Gillingham Master Instructor for the Institute for Multi-sensory Education. Winter earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Wittenber University and a Master's Degree in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment from Walden University. During her 19 years of teaching, she was a classroom teacher for grades K-3 and now works as Reading Specialist. She also served as a District Orton Gillingham Instructor for Southwest Local Schools in Harrison, Ohio. Wintet has used Orton-Gillingham extensively with her students and now coaches teachers using OG in their classrooms. She also trains teachers nationally in the Orton-Gillingham methodology.
